Clean, spacious room with good wifi, but very loud music until 1am.

The location was lovely and quiet.

Shower could have been a bit warmer.

A special thanks to competent staff.

Make sure you stay in the single room with good WiFi and tea n coffee.

Everything was very good, beautiful location right by certain areas, a lovely restaurant in town on the Saturday for less money, and the centre of the city, excellent experience. The hotels' team was amazingly nice and accommodating. I was here for 1 night and ate at lounge restaurant for evening meals. It offered friendly service and reasonably priced food too.

We loved rooms with extra bed.

Connection, as there is no footpath or bus connection, doors sometimes open very loudly

Car alarm at neighbors turned on twice late at night. The slamming of room doors late at night.

Very quiet and idyllic accommodation. To experience Bristol it is located a little far outside, but still easy to reach. Very friendly and very helpful staff. We had problems with the rental car and were very well supported by the staff. Very child-friendly. The breakfast is very extensive and very good.

Great place with free parking, friendly staff, and a cozy bar area. I fondly remember when the staff guided me to my destination on my first stay. Definitely my choice for a city break!

my husband and i got married at the grange hotel last year and wanted to celebrate our first anniversary somewhere special so where better than the place we were married, it was just perfect. the staff are warm,welcoming and efficient. the location of the grange is peacefull with beautifull surroundings but also has easy access to the motorway and amenities such as the mall and vue cinema.

Room good size and comfortable. Gardens are delightful. Raal sense of country retreat. Honey in industrial quantities at breakfast - usually grudgingly rationed out.Staff seem cheery and a good team.

Reception didn't fill me with confidence on my arrival. Asked my postcode 3 times, followed by furrowing of brow and furious typing and no indication of whether my booking had been found or not, which is nerve wracking for the late night guest. The spa area is a joke and I have no idea what persuaded Sebastian Coe to lease his name. The contrast between expectation and delivery is Grand Canyon wide
